Is coverage per company or per license?

Per license. Tickets and training are allocated per covered license. Tickets must be tied to a specific license when opened.

What happens if we add licenses mid‑year?

New licenses receive prorated allocations based on months remaining until your next renewal. You may also align them to the company renewal date.

Do unused units roll over?

No. Unused tickets and training hours reset at renewal to keep pricing fair for all customers.

Can one active license open tickets for others?

No. Each ticket is tied to a license with active support. This prevents free support leakage and keeps coverage fair.
